•  Boschのモビリティセクターにおけるコアビジネスプロセスを担当するグローバルチームの一員として、部門間のITソリューションの開発、実装、サポートに携わります。
•  SAPシステム上での設備投資計画プロセス(Investment Planning Process)のコンサルタントとして、展開とサポートを担当し、エンドユーザーの効率とビジネスの継続性を最適化するソリューションを提供します。
•  Bosch Mobilityドメインのデジタルトランスフォーメーションに参加し、国際的なプロジェクトおよびプログラムに従事していただきます。
•  Boschの世界中の拠点に展開されているコアビジネスプロセスを担当するチームメンバーとして、他のプロセスエキスパートやプロセス責任者、IT部門と協力してプロセスの標準化や改善活動をリードします。
•  Boschの工場に対してソリューションとサポートを提供します。

[Job Description]

•  As a member of a global team responsible for core business processes in Bosch's Mobility sector, you will be involved in the development, implementation, and support of cross-divisional IT solutions.
•  As a consultant for the Investment Planning Process on the SAP system, you will be responsible for deployment and support, providing solutions that optimize end-user efficiency and business continuity.
•  You will participate in the digital transformation of the Bosch Mobility domain and engage in international projects and programs.
•  As a team member responsible for core business processes deployed at Bosch locations worldwide, you will collaborate with other process experts, process owners, and the IT department to lead process standardization and improvement activities.
•  Provide solutions and support to Bosch plants:
  • Provide and implement developed solutions at Bosch plants.
  • Support as a process consultant in each rollout phase.
  • Function as a consulting contact even after the project.

•  IT、経営学、経済学の学士号。
•  SAP PSモジュールでの少なくとも3年の経験。
•  設備投資計画プロセス（投資計画、管理、機械および設備調達）に関するコンサルティングおよびロールアウトプロセスの知識。
•  優れた英語スキル（TOEIC700点以上）。
•  良好なコミュニケーションおよびプレゼンテーションスキル。
•  ビジネスプロセスの調和と標準化に対する情熱と分析スキル。

•  製造業での3年から15年の経験。

[Required Experience and Skills]

•  Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or Economics.
•  At least 3 years of experience with the SAP PS module.
•  Knowledge of consulting and rollout processes related to Investment Planning, Control, Machinery and Equipment Procurement.
•  Excellent English skills (TOEIC score of 700 or higher).
•  Good communication and presentation skills.
•  Passion and analytical skills for business process harmonization and standardization.
•  Self-organized, structured, and customer support oriented.

[Preferred Experience and Skills]

•  3 to 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
•  Experience as a key user or higher in an SAP ERP system.
•  Knowledge and consulting experience in order management processes in an SAP ERP system.

[Required English Proficiency]

•  Excellent English skills (TOEIC score of 700 or higher)
